Wil Wheaton's newest gaming column is pretty cool.

I agree with him on most of his choices. The only game I haven't played in my misspent youth was Car Wars.

I looked at Car Wars (like that's a surprise to anyone), but it was too complicated.  It's basically a Mad Max-outfit your car (rather than you D&D character).  The game-play wasn't there for me (and none of my friends had the game).
