Pat Morita, who played Mr. Miyagi in the Karate Kid movies, has passed away.

Wasn't Karate Kid one of the defining movies of the '80's?  Along with The Breakfast Club, Thirteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, etc...

What is it with '80's film stars kicking the bucket all at once? First Mr. Miyagi, now Linda McFly (Wendie Jo Sperber) from Back to the Future. Wasn't she one of the original MILF's?
