Also I am a Mortgage Broker and can help people set up the re-advanceable mortgage.
in addition I can show them exactly how much they will be paying down on their principal and the corresponding amount to re-advance

a) the cat alarm is broken
b) no whining prior to feeding
c) after the food hits the bowl, there is still no sign of the buggers
d) you have to bring the food to them to get them interested
e) Ricky doesn't eat all his food
f) Ricky doesn't eat Phoebe's leftover food

BTW, Ricky is currently sitting on a windowsill in full sun.  Go figure.

Things I've learned today
By me
from the sigh department, Section Diaries
Posted on Wed May 31, 2006 at 01:29:05 PM PST
  1. It's a bad idea to be painting outside on a day where the cotton fluff is flying everywhere and sticking to everything.
  2. Always look before putting your hand in the mailbox - especially during spider hatching season (EWWWWW!  Markus save me).
  3. (I learned this by observing) Do not sing along to the music in your headphones when taking your lunchtime stroll through a residential neighbourhood.  You will sound like a one person chinese opera.
I'm sure there's more things to learn today but I need a nap first.

Can you believe that there is sushi fabric out there?

Did I mention that I own a small piece of this already :)

So who needs a sushi quilt to make them hungry at night?

And for those who prefer their sushi a little more 3D, you can knit them, too.
