I'll list some of the the series I keep re-reading in no particular order:
1) Liaden Universe novels by Sharon Lee and Steve Miller (http://www.korval.com/)
2) Belgariad/Mallorean novels by David Eddings
3) Pyrdain chronicles by Lloyd Alexander
4) A bunch of the Heralds of Valdemar novels by Mercedes Lackey (not all of them are equally good, but the good ones are quite good).
5) The Harry Potter novels by JK Rowlings
6) Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card
7) Empire Trilogy (Daughter of the Empire, Servant of the Empire, Mistress of the Empire) by Janny Wurts and Raymond Feist
8) the various Deryni trilogies by Katherine Kurtz
9) a bit fluffier and more space opera type stuff, but the various books by David Weber
10) The Dragaera Cycle books by Steven Brust
